Auto Mailing Services

These services provide our users with the ability to send out a range of regular mailing campaigns either fully automated or with minimal intervention.

How It Works

Users can complete our online account application.

 

Once the account is open, users can decide to instigate our Fully Automated Mailing Service by simply completing our pre-booking form setting mailing type, frequency, parameters, numbers and expenditure, or opt for our Semi-Automated Mailing Service, where users decide their parameters on a job by job basis, still with minimum intervention required.

For users opting for our semi-automated mailing service the following process will be required:

  • Log into our software

  • Select Auto Mailings 

  • Choose campaign type required:

    • Sold in Your Area​ - 20/20 (Target homeowners around a recently sold property)

    • On The Market (Target properties currently on the market with other agents at a specific trigger point)

For all campaign types

  • Budgets and edits are automatically applied to mailings

  • Email confirmations and invoices are sent via email

  • All mailings and invoices are recorded in your history file 

Sold In Your Area - 20/20 Mailers

  1. Search and upload the address of your recent sale

  2. Select the value of target addresses

  3. Select the number of mailings required

  4. Select mailing template

  5. Review mailing numbers and costs

  6. Click to complete order

On The Market Mailers

  1. Review list of properties recently added to your portal 

  2. Select properties you wish to target 

  3. Select mailing template

  4. Repeat process for each trigger point section:

  • New to Market (Last 7 days) 

  • 4 Weeks on The Market

  • 8 Weeks on The Market

  • 12 Weeks on The Market

  • 16 Weeks on The Market

  • 26 Weeks on The Market 

  • Reduction

  • Withdrawn

5. Review mailing numbers and costs​

For users opting for our fully automated mailing service the process detailed above will be carried out automatically, with only final sign-off required. 

Both Options:

Budgets and edits are automatically applied to mailings.

Email order confirmation and invoice are sent. 

All mailings and invoices are recorded in the History File.
